Reminders For Appointments
Due to professional licensure laws, all virtual services—including consultations, feedback sessions, and therapy—must be conducted while you are physically located within North Carolina. If you are not in the state at the time of your appointment, we are legally required to reschedule, and a missed session fee will apply.
Please confirm your location with our staff when scheduling.
(Note: While many of our supportive services are often virtual, all diagnostic testing is typically conducted in person at our Charlotte office.)

-
Appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis. Consultations are considered confirmed once paperwork is completed and reservation appointments are paid; therefore, the sooner these components are completed, then the sooner your appointment can be scheduled. If you would like to have the option for earlier appointments, please let us know and we can let you know if earlier appointments become available.
-
Consultations: 2 business days' notice is required to avoid the full session fee.
Testing: Cancellations within 10 business days incur the full charge of the reserved time. Reservation fees ($1,700/$1,550) are non-refundable but applied to your balance.
-
Consult/Feedback: Virtual 90-minute sessions for adults/parents.
Testing: Children must be accompanied by a guardian for the transition, but guardians are not allowed in the room during testing to maintain standardized protocols.
-
Due to licensure laws, you must be physically located within the state of North Carolina at the exact time of the virtual appointment. If you live out of state, you would need to travel across the border into NC for the duration of the video call.
-
Records are maintained for at least 7 years from your last appointment. For minors, they are kept for 7 years or until age 21—whichever period is longer.
