Insurance & Payment Options
In a crowded market of quick, insurance-driven assessments, we offer something fundamentally different: deeply personalized, data-driven evaluations designed to answer your real questions and guide meaningful next steps. Our assessments are collaborative and therapeutic, not checkbox-based. We take the time to truly understand the whole person—their strengths, challenges, environment, and goals—so our recommendations are practical, individualized, and usable in real life.
Families and adults often come to us after previous evaluations left them confused, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next. We believe an evaluation should reduce uncertainty, not create more. Our work integrates advanced assessment expertise with real-world systems knowledge, ensuring that what you receive is not just accurate, but actionable.
We don’t accept insurance because insurance models prioritize speed and minimal coverage. We prioritize depth, precision, and long-term value. The result is an evaluation that saves time, reduces downstream costs, and empowers clients with a clear path forward.
Not all evaluations are created equal.
Lower-cost, insurance-based assessments often rely on standardized protocols, limited testing time, and generic recommendations. While these may provide a label, they frequently leave clients with more questions—and more expenses—down the road.

Unrestricted: Free from insurance limits on testing time, instruments, or report length — so we design assessments that fit your needs.
Timely and accessible: Avoiding administrative approvals and delays lets us schedule more quickly and spend the time each evaluation actually requires.
Objective and confidential: We prioritize clinical judgment and your privacy over billing codes or insurer-driven requirements.
Actionable: Without insurance constraints we provide richer, more usable recommendations and hands-on support for schools and providers.
Insurance & Reimbursement Options
Insurance
We do not currently accept insurance; however, we will provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. Mind Mosaic Psychology is Out-Of-Network for all insurance plans. 
Reimbursify
Our clinicians are also enrolled with Reimbursify; which is a secure, HIPAA‑compliant mobile and web‑based service that helps clients easily file out‑of‑network health insurance reimbursement claims for mental health and other healthcare services. It simplifies what is often a confusing and time‑consuming process by allowing clients (or your practice on their behalf) to submit and track claims electronically, helping them access the insurance benefits they’re entitled to with less paperwork and stress.
Education Student Accounts (ESA+) Grants
The Education Student Accounts (ESA+) Program has reviewed our providers and covers grant-funding for testing. Please look at their website for guidelines for applying for this grant to use for testing and/or school options.
Schedule an Appointment
We accept your online inquiries 7 days a week and have specific office hours for in-person engagements. Outside of normal office hours you can receive immediate assistance at a local Urgent Care facility or, if necessary, please dial 911 for emergency services.
